The Voyage · Six Months Example

What six months of sustained mentorship looks like.

Every Voyage is shaped to the person walking it, but the underlying arc tends to look like this. Think of it as a fitting plan — not a script.

  1. 01Months 1–2 · Sessions 1–4

    Arrival & wide mapping

We name what brought you here, map the full landscape — strengths, constraints, history — and establish the rhythm of our work together.

  2. 02Months 2–3 · Sessions 5–7

    Pressure-testing & direction

We isolate the core challenge, test assumptions, sketch alternatives, and name a grounded path forward — small enough to begin, clear enough to measure.

  3. 03Months 3–4 · Sessions 8–10

    Sustained navigation

The deep middle. Regular check-ins, obstacle clearing, momentum building. We keep the compass true while the terrain shifts.

  4. 04Months 4–5 · Sessions 11–13

    Implementation & calibration

Intention becomes action. We measure progress honestly, adjust where needed, and tighten the feedback loop between plan and reality.

  5. 05Months 5–6 · Sessions 14–16

    Integration & next horizon

Consolidating gains, defining the new normal, and opening the next chapter. A written recap and an open door for future Compasses.
